Laundry Lockers gives multifamily properties a simple way to add secure, self-service laundry pickup and drop-off inside the existing laundry room. A 3-door tower is installed in an open wall space, connects to the Laundry Lockers app, and uses unique access codes for each transaction.
Residents place bags in an available compartment, your in-house team or contracted vendor retrieves them on a set route, and finished orders are returned to a locker for pickup. Common setups include full-service wash & fold, after-hours drop-off for existing providers, and dedicated lockers for student, senior, or short-term rental laundry programs.
Laundry lockers are offered in 3-door towers with the option to add on additional towers (more options to come).

Multifamily Laundry Room Lockers That Boost Revenue & Resident Satisfaction
Add smart laundry lockers to your multifamily laundry room and turn a basic utility space into a revenue-producing amenity. Instead of relying only on coin or card machines, lockers support 24/7 wash & fold service and create a new income stream that feels similar to adding package lockers or reserved parking.
- Serve more residents than machines alone. Lockers capture residents who don’t have time to wait for open washers or who prefer full-service laundry, without adding more equipment.
- Create ancillary income per unit. Partner with a local laundry provider or run your own wash & fold program and earn recurring revenue from every order, rather than relying solely on vend income.
- Reduce front-desk and leasing office involvement. The locker and app handle access, notifications, and pickup codes, unlike traditional concierge-managed laundry where staff must track bags and payments.
This model works especially well in high-occupancy and mid-rise properties competing on amenities. Smart laundry lockers give residents a service they typically travel off-site to find, while helping increase retention and NOI.
Perfect for Property Managers & Building Owners
For operators deciding between another lounge build-out, more fitness equipment, or a new service amenity, laundry lockers offer a lower-cost, easier-to-maintain option. They fit into existing laundry rooms, mailrooms, or storage areas and don’t require a dedicated attendant like valet pickup or on-site cleaners.
Install the towers, connect them to the app, and either:
- onboard your current laundry vendor to handle locker orders, or
- use on-site staff during normal maintenance or housekeeping routes.
Compared with adding staff or building out new retail space for a third-party operator, laundry lockers keep the service fully self-service and predictable from an operations and labor standpoint.
Smart, Secure, and Customizable
Laundry lockers bring the control and audit trail of package lockers to the laundry room, replacing open shelves and unsecured laundry bags.
- Integrated mobile app for residents and operators, similar to other smart-building tools they already use, making adoption straightforward and support requests minimal.
- 3-door tower units designed for multifamily laundry rooms, with the ability to add more towers as participation grows.
- Powder-coated steel frames and durable panels that match the look and life cycle of other commercial fixtures in your property.
- Smart locks with unique pickup codes, reducing lost bags and disputes compared with traditional “pile of bags in the corner” systems.
- Multiple finish options so lockers align with your building’s design standards rather than looking like back-of-house equipment.
